Clearance Sale
The instruments listed here are older inventory that we have had for an extended period of time or instruments that we were able to acquire at exceptionally low prices. These are not part of our regular instrument line, which allows us to offer them at exceptionally large discounts.
Unlike many inexpensive instruments found online or at discount shops, every clearance instrument has been inspected and properly set up by us. A proper setup is extremely important for an instrument's playability and performance.
We commonly see very inexpensive instruments purchased online or elsewhere that have not been properly set up. Problems may include incorrect bridge height, improper measurements, and incorrectly cut nut grooves. These issues can make an instrument uncomfortable and difficult to play. In many cases, customers later end up spending hundreds of dollars at a repair shop to have the instrument properly set up.
35% Trade-In Credit
Even though these are clearance instruments, we are pleased to offer a 35% trade-in credit based on the original purchase price. The instrument must have only minor scratches and no significant damage to qualify.
For a trade-in, you must upgrade to an instrument of higher value. Available upgrade options will depend on our inventory at the time of the trade-in.
Strings
Please note that most clearance instruments come with factory-installed strings. Upgrading to higher-quality strings can significantly improve the instrument's tone and response. String upgrades are optional and available upon request.
Special Clearance Sale
Our first special clearance sale will be held on Sunday, August 30 (12:00-5:30PM).
If you'd like us to hold an instrument for you, please email us with the item number you want and your preferred appointment time between 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM on Sunday, August 30. We will reserve the instrument for you until your scheduled appointment time.
